The Chinook is a gentle giant with a heart as vast as the New Hampshire wilderness from which it hails. Exceptionally devoted, these dogs form incredibly strong bonds with their human families, often shadowing them from room to room. They possess a playful, often goofy side, delighting in games and outdoor adventures. While generally calm indoors, their heritage as sled dogs means they thrive on regular exercise and engaging activities. A Chinook needs a "job", whether it's hiking, pulling a cart, or simply learning new tricks, to truly be content.
