Description
Polish Tatra Sheepdogs are majestic, calm guardians with a surprisingly sensitive side. They are incredibly devoted to their family, observing all with a watchful eye, a trait honed by centuries of protecting flocks in the Tatra Mountains. While intelligent and independent, they thrive on clear guidance and a strong bond with their humans, sometimes exhibiting a stubborn streak when they believe they know best. Their impressive bark is naturally reserved for real threats, making them excellent, discerning protectors. They are gentle giants with children and other animals they consider part of their "flock," but their protective instincts require consistent socialization to ensure they differentiate friend from foe.
